Your help is needed immediately for gospel ministry

Dear praying friend,

As I write, the hostages have just been released but Christian attitudes towards Jewish people have soured beyond belief.

I pray the war in Gaza is over. Our missionaries are war-weary. Those who work outside Israel in major global cities face more threats and even violence when they do outreach on the streets, seeking to openly share Jesus with Jewish people. Meanwhile, our missionaries in Israel, who felt the stress of never knowing when the next rocket would fly from Gaza or missile from the Houthis, breathe a sigh of relief.

But we are focused on one thing: evangelising Jewish people so that they can be saved and discipled into the Church.

And your gift now is more critical than ever in this difficult season of ministry to help bring this eternal life-saving message to Jewish people like Vladimir . . .

Vladimir (pictured above left with Aviel and his wife) is a Russian Jewish psychotherapist who moved to Israel three years ago. Vladimir was angry with God because of all the hardship he has endured. He told Aviel Sela, our missionary in Jerusalem, that he cried out to heaven with no answer.

Aviel shared both the Scriptures and his own testimony of how Jesus changes lives. Eventually, Vladimir went to church with Aviel, where he saw other Jewish people joyfully worshipping the Saviour.

At church, Vladimir’s prejudices melted away. And later, after reading John 3, he phoned Aviel to say he finally understood what it means to be born again! Over the phone, he repented of his sin and prayed, surrendering his life to Jesus.

Now Vladimir is being discipled, and we rejoice with heaven over his salvation.

This is why we do what we do.

Mission to the Jewish people is often a long road, filled with conversations, delays, refusals, and sometimes hostility. But there are so many more Jewish people who need Jesus.

Now is the time! We need more people like you to stand with us. We need your help to keep going.

Can you help by giving a gift now?

May God bless you and keep you.
